Warranty Coverage & Exclusions
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use during the stated warranty period.
Covered Items Include:
Material Defects: Product failure due to defective materials, including improper curing or non-drying materials under normal conditions; Adhesion Failure: Coating failure resulting directly from improper installation or workmanship, excluding failures caused by substrate or moisture conditions. Hot Tire Transfer/Peeling: Hot tire pickup or coating peeling under normal vehicle use within the warranty period, provided proper cure times and maintenance guidelines were followed. Top Coat Performance: Premature yellowing, hazing, or failure of the top coat beyond normal wear and environmental exposure, when applicable to the installed coating system.
Warranty Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover failures or damage caused by conditions outside of our control, including but not limited to:
Concrete movement, settling, cracking, shifting, or foundation issues, Hydrostatic pressure, moisture vapor transmission, or excessive moisture in or beneath the concrete slab, delamination, peeling, bubbling, discoloration, or coating failure resulting from moisture intrusion, substrate failure, or existing concrete conditions, damage caused by impacts, dragging heavy objects, abuse, neglect, improper cleaning, chemical spills, or misuse normal wear and tear, scratches, or cosmetic damage, and acts of nature, flooding, fire, or extreme environmental conditions.
